Very frustrating indeed..... They never changed!
I want to do it aswell but hell yahhhh no idea how to do it
A snowman warp me to santa and little girl who ddnt even Respond to you......

Guys, quests need to be solved by yourselves.
All the other quests guides are gifts from people who found out how to do it by their own hands.
Can't expect too much, right?

there are two quests you can pick up at the promotion shop, which you can find at the down side of weapon store.
collecting xmas cookies is annoying -__-
I stop at bringing 5 roccon to captain, ive asked 6 of the family to join the event, but the captain still ask me to bring 5 of them. i give up - -

I think it's broken. I've spent the last hour warping between lutie and pront, asking a raccoon talking to the captain. I think i've asked every member twice with no success.

It says Frantic Girl in Lutie. There usually isn't a direct location. I could have made it say "Frantic girl near the x-mas tree" but... yeah.. you know >-<

Is anyone else doing the raccoon quest? Like 
took me like 6 hours to gather cookies and the raccoon said it failed.

Dont do the raccoon quest!!!it seems there's bug in raccoon quest.i talk to raccoons .they just pick up the quest items and do nothing!
PS: if u keep talking with raccoons,they will pick up quest again and again!

50 xmas cookies part is fine..but when i take 50 to him.there's option that he ask for more,about 100 and 200?...but i chose 50.because i have no idea what happen if i give him more. maybe better reward?

I have no basis for this but I'm guessing more cookies = more success rate for whatever he is building. I'm trying 100 cookies next... will update later.
