Email reset help

So my husband and I have been on RO hiatus for about 6 months or so and recently decided to get back into the game...I was able to log in just fine but he needed to reset his password. Well the email tied to his warp portal account has been compromised so he can no longer access it and he submitted a ticket to get it changed and apparently was communicating with a community mod about it who had directed him to make a ticket to see if he could get the issue resolved. This was like 2 weeks ago and he has not received any response since then... I know with the holidays and the server merge going on this is kind of bad timing but this seems like a simple issue that perhaps got forgotten in all the chaos? Is there someone I can poke to maybe get his ticket expedited because we would really love to be able to play and we have waited patiently :/

Try PMing oda with the ticket number.

Last I heard, tickets were way backed up, because of the holiday, the server merge, and before that the office move and poorly handled and tremendously popular black friday promotion which a few people claim to have still not gotten their rewards from.

I believe that's who he was already talking to about the issue ;o; Dang I guess it can't be helped... :<
