Just the Kafra Shop part, the rest was just logical deduction.

What does Alora NPC mean? Was that an event or an expansion town, or one of those misc. quests where you gather an absurd amount of materials to make a headgear?

Alora is an NPC on the 2nd floor of Eden Group. She gives costume headgears in exchange for +8 headgears that qualify. She also dyes certain headgears with mysterious dyestuffs.

For ease of quick reference, instead of using an asterisk, recoloring the names of those that are tradable in their equipable in their costume form may be better. Nice thread, though.

How do I get gocash boxes?

It was a GoCash event where you would purchase x amount of GoCash and Code the Redeemer would award you with the boxes for your purchases. They only obtainable via players who still have the boxes now.
