It is in your main ROSE Online folder correct, the one you run ROSE from?
I just did the first one on the list and in a few steps it was good to go.
Download
Cut/copy
Open ROSE folder
Paste
Properties/unblock (apply)
Run ROSE

You need to be using the GenPatch launcher. [which is the standard launcher]
Select only 1 theme to use at a time, do not load more then 1.
Download the file
extract it to your ROSE base directory.
Replace any files it requests.
Start the launcher
Click plug-ins, and make sure the genfs plug-in for the theme is enabled.
then start the game.

1. Click "New Plugin" and name it whatever you want (I named mine "Black Theme")
2. Enable "Black Theme" plug-in
3. Under "Plug-in Files" put the name of the .genfs file that you downloaded from here, which is "gfstest.genfs"
4. Click OK

Name it whatever you want
then click "enable plug-in"
Then in the "plug-in files" navigate to the gfstest.genfs file you downloaded.
If that doesn't work ... i don't know why.

Wow, never thought I'd see contributions to the UI scene! I once made a few UIs back in the days such as AncientEVO and GlossyONE along with a halted project for a complete revamp called Partuda.
Looking good Feuer!

This looks really nice Feuer, I'll help you with the red screenshot <3
Small edit, I saw your using widescreen, still looks great that way and I forgot how much room I got that way, this was a good idea to download xD
I love the solid look, the black did make the green hpbar and blue mpbar shoot out, I kinda went wth at first
To comment a few small things, which dont really matter but still, I'm getting a white screen as I enter Sunshine Coast, idk if this is also part of the orginal launcher or not, but its a bit of a shock as your suddenly in white light behind your PC, everything loaded just fine though and with other map to map loadings I'm getting the normal Rose screens. Also the game arena bar is just numbers, I'd love to see the green bar back there so there is more of a load feel to it, it also matches the green I now have at the hpbar so it would fit the UI upgrade colours for this version ( a red load bar would be good too). These are minor issues so it doesnt matter for me, I'm using it!
The installing was also ridiculously easy, I just downloaded the file into a map, copy pasted it into my Rose folder and bam, we were in business.
Two thumbs up from me here and I'll plus the nearest post for that extra bit of kudo's/reputation xD
