Always made me wonder why one of the most versatile things in game was never really updated other than a couple of colours...

Dealer truck. Stat added capacity 3000, Rose models and textures, should work with the standard cart zmd file too if I remember right.

Agreed, the hardest thing about creating stuff like the carts is the actual modelling of the items and the animations. That can be time consuming but honestly carts are pretty simple, it's been a long time since I've done it but as long as you're using the regular carts as a basis then you don't have to fiddle with the animation stuff. I know we had a hell of a time making that stupid aero cart thing work, we actually had to edit the cart.zmd file for that to go properly but it was fugly anyway.

Jewellery is easy because it's just stats and an icon, there is nothing visual about the stuff. You can create the items in a few minutes (actual development time not including deciding if it's really a good idea lol).

This is the kind of thing I discussed in other threads there are users that would allow their work to be used in game I'm sure, it's just a matter of creating a process for it to happen and that lies with the company itself.

The hardest part about doing the carts, is that they have to scale the wheel base to fit exactly with the original cart skeleton. If they don't fit then the animation files won't work.

Also what program did you use to make this. If you can send me a pink with the mesh in a .OBJ file and the texture in a .JPG / .BMP / .TGA anyone of the three will work. I'd like to optimize the model and shade the texture.

I don't have the model itself any more, it was originally done in 3DS output as obj and converted with sparks converter. I lost the hard drive with all my source files including some applications that I'd like to have back =/

Best I can do is the actual zms and dds files for it. But you can convert it back easy enough, the more I look at it now the more the texture needs a ton of work, black was a bad choice it eats up all the light.

lol who knows Glov might still have them if anyone had a clue where Glov was that is.

Yeah there is a bus too, but I didn't make that so I couldn't give it away (in fact I think Faith made it?) and it's a static object not a cart.

When will I have this in game? Although it's better if it is plain yellow in color. The flame design doesn't seem to fit for trucks esp dealer's truck.
