Been having issues as of late with the website and forums. Both Firefox and Chrome cannot open the forums or website anymore. This began just recently. I have cleared cookies, cache, everything. I am connected to other internet programs, I have rebooted, I am in game, in other games. Yet I still cannot access the website. (this is happening on my bfs computer)
Here are some images of what he gets:

This has been happening to me ALOT lately for the past few months. I've just been refreshing a bunch of times and if that doesn't work, come back later. I would also like to know if there is a fix.

Judging from the error message, it seems to be a DNS issue. Here's what I can think of:
Try flushing your local DNS resolver cache (Unlikely, but doesn't hurt to try). Open the command prompt with administrative privileges and execute the command: ipconfig /flushdns. If that doesn't work, try using a different DNS server, like Google's Public DNS service
If it works flawlessly with google's DNS server, contact your ISP about the issue for a permanent solution.

This is a known problem with Comcast's DNS servers. The only known solution is to switch to an alternative DNS service, which usually requires modifying your router's configuration. It might also be worthwhile to nag Comcast about the problem so they fix it.
