(I don't want to split hairs over the fact that status attack is doubled in damage calculation, as we're talking like 2 damage at most which is irrelevant).
I will admit that I was overestimating the effect of luk (I'm used to genetic, where it's a bit more helpful since it's helping on the matk too - there 3 luk > 1 str, here it's 4.5ish). But I stand by 11 luk before going beyond 91 str, 21 luk before going beyond 100 str.
