If the quest, or part of the quest your on doesn't take too long to do again, I'd suggest deleting the quest and talking to Sharlin again to see what happens.
If it still crashes, than something might be bugged with the NPC. Else if, there might be something wrong with your client files.

If you could provide some information on which dialogue option(s) are causing the client to crash, I'll take a look at it and see what could be happening.

Well, I took a look at the Sharlin NPC. It's default dialogue's don't see to crash me out. Nor have I ever really had an issue with NPC dialogue's in general... which leads me to believe that this person's client didn't get all the .QSD files updated properly or something. I'm assuming the client is trying to find a quest dialogue that doesn't exist on the person's client files, which results in an unhandled exception or something, and the client closes.
I'm following some quest lines now, to see if I can open up some actual quests from the Sharlin NPC, and see if anything happens.

It's the part-time job line that crashes it, both myself and my friend have had this issue.

Alright. I'm not too familiar with the quest lines.
Where do you start the quest? and is there other quests you have to do first in order to start it ?

Quest starts in Zant, There was no other quests, Just a job that is a 1 time thing and nothing else to start it
