just pve?

For templar:

Elec Bolt: +1
Rejuvenation:+1 (filler)
Lesser Heal: +10 (+10 dna strengthened +5 swift)
Concentration: +1/+10 (I put +10 and +10 dna but is not necessary)
Blessed Revelation: +10
Sleep: +10

For Radiant:

Salvation: +1
Lesser party heal: +10 (+10 dna strengthened)
Moderate Heal: +10
Moderate Party Heal: +10
Devine Protection: +10 (+10 DNA strengthened)

thats is all for pve, in lvl 90 you have 26 points more to spend (or 17 if put 10 in concentration) rest is your choice if no want pvp the best is spend on restoration but this skill is good only maxed and dna maxed.

armors:
Enchanted Twiligth [MND] (lvl 85)
Salvation (lvl 72)
FOC 65+

Staffs:
Trinity/Perfect Ominous are the best (lvl 85)
Uncursed (lvl 79)
Root Of Hell tree (71)
Ruan's Competence (70)

Jewelry
Nightmare C-C [MND] all set I have bracelets and belt M-C (con)
Reinforced Jewels if no have nightmare.
Ornament: SCAD ball II or some cell with scc if you cant get a ball yet.

Enchant SCC from ion mine on jewels, Light claws or HR on staff and SvS lights on armor.

I can give you a more complete build, but for pve I think this is enough.

If its a raids rad, above guide is more than enough. The hp recovery templar buff is useless, curse resist is not normally worth it and shield passive buff is garbage. The templar defence buff is superseded by rad party buff. Mana shield may be useful tho.

U need to aim for at least 70% skill crit rate and have enough mp regen so u don't run out if mp from just spamming heals.

To quote someone famous!
Dead rads can't heal, that build isn't enough these days for raids like AOS with constant DOT. Using MS for raids should be an emergency solution, I personally hate using MS when I raid, the amount of pots needed is insane to keep up with the dot and everything.

I was in a ET raid with 3 more rads using MS some days ago, The result was 3 rads potting instead of healing. MS on raids? naa Increase your HP or not raid ;)

is not all MND, I get enough HP from M-C [CON] Bracelets/Belt and Staff

Staffs:
Trinity/Perfect Ominous are the best (lvl 85)
Uncursed (lvl 79)
Root Of Hell tree (71)
Ruan's Competence (70)

Jewelry
Nightmare C-C [MND] all set I have bracelets and belt M-C (con)

Surely I should have explained about HP, I just gave him a quick pve build.

I can give you a more complete build, but for pve I think this is enough.
