I somehow noticed this on my dual sword. Is this normal? Oo... I find it good looking!

Yes, dual swords have those effects. They are the unicorns of rose that *you know what* rainbows.
The only problem is, they will stay even after the dual sword has been removed (when you change weapons) or hidden (when in cart).
I hope they will fix this.
