That's 120USD right there. 5 ingame headgear + a booklet + install CD + stickers + 1month play time(15USD worth) + 1 month invitation play time(for gift usage only). Personally I'll prefer getting vanargand with 15usd since not really intrested in other ones, but the goodies do look attractive. But yeah, it's a huge rip off.
PS:Calculated based on the recent jpy rate.If you convert it with 2011's rate, it will be 145USD.

im curious on the rate too.... but im not spending on hd ores.... it rip me hard only get +8 still... stare at my remaining points. anyone got a +9 yet?

please share the rate before i can decide to hammer it again....

The rate isn't that much better than a +9 rideword which is 5%.  Also note this headgear only recovers half of what a +9 rideword gives when it procs.  Its not magical people do the math. The sp part... the rideword is 1% chance for 8% and this hat feels like what 2% for 4% recovery.

^This. I'd rather have the hat proc more and restore less. Much more convenient imo.

Yeah I meant procs more and restores less compared to RWH. Meaning 2% chance, 4% restore> 1% chance 8% restore.

if the GM dont wish reveal the proc chance it must be really low, maybe 0.1% per refine

Being honest i think is just stupid dont reveal that information,

Is a waste of money 1500KP, 5-8 headger certificate and 900-1800KP in Enriched for a hat without a correct description

Go to a mobby area and kill things for a while and see how often it procs. :| How often does it give you SP compared to how often you find yourself at low/no SP.

I'm wondering if I should invest in this, but for the amount of KP they're selling it at it's about the same price as a +9 RWH so one would want to assume it's considerably better...

Tested at the mid-ti mobbing around 15+ monsters at a time and the sp proc'd at a significantly higher rate than the rideword but its a lower amount especially the hp part.

This hat will help people using hunterfly carded weapons unless the gms are cool enough to raise the HP recovery rate even higher.

If it's 3% proc rate for sp at +9, I'll find a way to get some WPE and buy one.

They've never been allowed to give formulas/rates as far as I know, so you may as well just stop asking. They won't.

I don't think many people care about the HP rate, it's the SP rate that can make or break the item. Even if it leeches a smaller amount than the RWH, it's probably still better considering whenever my RWH hat procs I end up with what would have been a surplus of SP.

it didnt fill up my sp to full like the rideword hat would but it proc'd at least every other mob.

Shadow chaser using ignition break. Around 20-25k dmg output. With this hat im thinking those AS rangers wouldnt run out of sp during turn-ins.

Just do what the Japanese guy did. Get a ranger with 50% up weight to stop natural heal of sp. Use up your sp and start hitting mob until your arrows out. Count how many sp recovered and divide that by 0.04*your averag damage dealt to the mob. That should be how many times the sp absorption happened. Divide that by the arrows you used then that should be the approximate proc rate.

Hmm so it doesn't really seem like a non-upgraded one should rival a +9 RWH in price... I'll be waiting for them to come out in those future boxes, then. Thanks for the testing so far. :3
