I'm going for a Crit build and was wondering what is the better choice , Knight or Warrior.?
Does AGI also increase attack speed? Are there Cards with special Improvments like "+2 % attackspeed" or "+1% critical hit rate" or are all cards only Stats based.
It's just the description of the Stat's seems to be so simple , by just changing 2 Factors? Did they dumbed down the System since RO1 ?
Some Questions about agi / dps Swordsman.

Agi only increases crit and dodge rate. All cards are stat based. The system has been dumbed down yes, it is a skill spammer paradise in a way.

I believe I have heard that Warrior has a higher potential for being DPS than a Knight does.

Warrior is far better for AoE. Brandish storm is 10% more damage than Grand Cross for the same SP and 3/3 skill point cost.
Rage strike is also 2% more damage is on 20s CD vs Sheild Cannon being on 30s CD. I'm not sure how rage works for warriors in RO2 but I'm assuming you'll always have enough to use it on CD.
Where Knight comes ahead is Concentration vs Berserk. It's the same amount +20% AP but Conc can be kept up 100% of the time since it has no CD, it's duration is based on 1-3 aura use. Berserk has a 30s duration and 60s CD. So the warrior is going to have 20% less Ap than the knight for half the fight.
Knight also has aura mastery which is free 3 point aura. And the RNG was very friendly for it in SEA RO2 at max. That means free aura strikes which add up fast.
There's no dps meters so it's hard to say. Equally geared and setup for crit dps. I think knight will win on single target due to higher AP constant.
