I would like to know which profession would be best for any type of Knight or Warrior. Apparently, it seems like Blacksmith might be good for making equipment and such, but equipment drops will eventually beat everything you can make, as a Blacksmith or Artisan. Their only real uses currently seem to be making runes for an artisan and making something to put a rune in equipment with Blacksmiths. I'm not sure about the Chef and Alchemist, though, with one of these classes.

I'd say Alchemist.. Make your own pots, generate Threat, keep yourself alive in raids, easy to level for a tank class, save precious zeny..

I would go as Blacksmith, because you can manufacture your own equipments.
As a ''bonus'', you can sell heavy amor for other swordman/knight/warrior and weapons for ALL classes, or sell ingots and RuneHole Puncher.
And, you CAN create Epic Equipments (heavy armor and all weapons) but you need a Recipe (dropped in Hard Dungeons and Raids).

+1 You can earn alot of money if you are willing to spend time farming for those recipes and sell crafted gear.
