Inventory Issue and Quest Issue

I have 19 blue potions in my inventory taking up a slot that cant be used and cant be moved. I tried to sell them and then buy them back and it only gave me a second stack of blue potions because it never left the spot when it sold.

Secondly I have an issue with Feint Operation.

The quest log shows I have completed all 3 and the npc is not recognizing it and letting me finish out the quest. My character name is MollyCarpenter on Odin Channel three. I have to crash but I have been going nuts all night trying to figure out how to finish that quest. It says by all rights I should be finished.
