Does Agility effect evasion rate or just critical rate?

AGI tanks and VIT tanks can work just as well. They have HP increasing skills and can get equipment that increases their evade. Just don't rely on evasion like you would in RO1....
Besides, most of your stats will come from equipment. Between VIT and AGI stat builds is just personal preference.

OH cool. Thanks, I think i'll go wtug AGI. Is there anyway to reset stat points?

You can buy reset scrolls from the cash shop... or buy them from auction house or another player with zeny-
