I'm wondering about the descrition on this skill.
Shoot arrows at the enemy to inflict 18% damage. Penetrate the targets weak points for 10 sec. to inflict an additional 0.5% damage when using an attack skill.
Is that 0.5% damge mean the damage you see will be increased by 0.5%, or could that mean the mosnter's defense is reduced by 0.5%? The game plays out a lot like wow, so I'm wondering how this skill could be working like how a marksman hunter works in wow.

I tested this skill maxed and I don't notice much difference. I think it's kind of useless. I think poison arrow is way better.

yea at max it's like a 2% more dmg...honestly RO2's skills suck compared to RO1's.
I would leave it at lvl1. THere are other skills that are much more viable. I use that as a follow up intro attack after poison arrow. Cause it's insta cast.

Sharp shooting would be useful when there are more than 1 rangers attacking though. It doesn't do that much. But it helps, even how little it gives.
