Skills distribution order for Sorcerer

My magician just become a sorcerer today. (Level 25)
This is my target build:

I have 10 points at the moment, in which ORDER should I distribute my skills points to maximize leveling speed?

Also, is 51/27/3 (AGI/INT/VIT) a good choice for stat?

Get Varetyr Spear ASAP. It does fantastic burst damage with Wind Seal proc up.

LoR should also be a priority, as it makes lasting in fights a lot easier.

Should I put 1 pt to LoR and 1 pt to VS right away? Or should I distribute all my pts to the Wind Column first?

I would say to get Healing Wave
Then get VS
Then get LoR

all to level 1.

Then depending on how much you group up, you want to get
Solo: Max VS/JT
Group: Max Earth Seal/Earth Shield

Then after you did ^, get level 1 deluge and get the ones you didn't get

healing wave level 1 is complete -_-

, skip it for lvl 25. get VS then LoR to level 1 if you have enough points for this. if you don't just get VS 1 then get as far to LoR you can, and get LoR asap. then go back and max jupitel thunder, then max VS, then from there its up to you if you wanna max LoR or go for deluge.

If you happen to play duet until 50 with a friend of yours and decided to skip dungeons, max your damage skills as soon as you can. (VS/JT and 1 Healing Wave, LoR can be done later).

On the other hand, you would want to go for Healing Wave and LoR first if you're solo and doing dungeon all of the time.

Yep, as people said, you get Spear to lv1 then decide from there where you want to go, also max JT ASAP aswell, after getting 1 point into Spear, i went after Healing Wave, then LoR lv1, then Deluge, then leveled LoR to 5, then Earth Seal to 5, then Healing wave and deluge, inbetween maxing deluge tho, i would level spear to max first.
