New Union quests, new Union events!

Players who complete 48 Union quests will earn an Adventure’s pack.

A. Is there an end date to this event?
B. Can this event be repeated on more than one character per account?

Its funny how GM's have the time to greet a certain special person "Happy Brithday" in game while they can't even clarify things regarding their events... la la la...

how this event works?? im still confuse do we need to get 48 union points to earn that adventurer's pack ?? because for now i have 56 union points in my inventory so do i get that adventurer's pack as a reward?

How do we know we have completed 48 Union quests? I'm pretty sure I've already done it (I got 200+ Points from Hunter Union and 18 from Darkness Shadow).
