Best Title?

What is the best title you can have and how do you get it?

Also, what is the best title you can get by doing Khara quests?

Card master or something like that I think, It is there in the Khara title list, scroll all the way to the bottom.

Legendary Card Master as above said, but it's unobtainable as the game currently is (you need to finish 4 different kharas that'll have you hunt different set of cards from unreleased raid dungeons)

Currently the best title in game is the "Founder" title from the afk event few weeks back, and if you missed that you can get either "Goblin Leader", "Robo Hunter", "Wanderer Hunter" or "Einherjar" title.
All 4 have the same stats but "Goblin Leader" is currently the easiest to obtain.

Yes, you can check these titles by opening your Khara window and opening the side panel that reveals all your earned titles. Below your earned titles you will see all the other titles that are available.

99% of titles are obtainable by the khara of quests c:

Founder , best title - easiest title - best title

For those that were around for the first month (and that extra weekend) of iRO2, Founder is the best title available. The only titles better than it come from the CoA and AoD raids, both of which are currently unreleased (though I hear CoA is coming soon). As others have alluded to, the Goblin Leader/Robo Hunter/Wanderer Hunter/etc. titles are your best bet, since they're available to all level 50s and aren't too far behind the Founder, CoA, and AoD titles.

Anteater is higher than founder by a couple of stats i think.
