Quest Starter

Rising Treat - [Reward: 5 Refining Whetstone V or 5 magic Oil V]
Location: Divided Plains
NPC: Brueghel [Gold Hunter]

Secret of the Lord - [Reward: 12 Red Potion (V) and 10 Blue Potion (V)]
Location: Alberta
NPC: Trade Master Onasis

The Tight Doors of the Abyss - [Reward: 5 Tiger Embroidery V or 5 Dragon Embroidery V]

A Key To Open Darkness

[REPEATABLE] The Hardest Metal In The World - [Reward: Refined Brygan and 6 Red Potion (V) and 6 Blue Potion (V)]
Location: Sogratt Desert/Road of Bless/Anywhere?
NPC: Alex [Repair Expert]

Just defeat some Hard Mode Final Boss (2 brygan ores = 1 refined brygan) and you're all set.
There is no cooldown on the Hardest Metal in the World quest. credits to DatMONKey
So if you get 6 brygan ores from 6 different Hard mode bosses and exchange it for 3 refined brygans, then you can complete the quest and start doing CoA N on the same day.

Key Delivery - [Reward: 5 bear Embroidery V]
Location: Sogratt Desert
NPC: Gongurat

[Dungeon] Test of Will - [Reward: 18 Red Potion (V) and 16 Blue Potion (V)]
Location: Verta Delta
NPC: Heinz Stobere [Alberta Guard Commander]

It is worth noting that there is no cooldown on the Hardest Metal in the World quest.

That could be because you've done that already, try going to Sograt instead.

If you don't see your quest in the starting map which is the plains try looking for it in Alberta, Verta Delta or Sograt Desert.

Just for clarification, do you have to make a key each time you want to go into CoA or is it just a one time thing? Also, does everyone in the raid need to have the key to enter or just the raid leader?

It's a one time thing, and yes, everyone needs one.
