2. Casting speed can't be increased, however you can increase your attack speed with ASPD stats that can only be acquired from equipment.

3. Valor and Honor items in Junon Polis are the best in game.

4. Valor can be acquired from valor quests or dungeons, Honor is acquired from PvP Game Arena.
