Brazil is actually IP banned because of the licensing agreements. A company in Brazil has already bought the rights to a brRO2 but has yet to publish it. But because of this purchase of the license, we are required to exclude Brazil so they can draw in their BR players. But to directly answer your question, I am not sure. It might, but I don't know the actual answer. Also, I am the only one actually answering questions in this section. Try reposting in the RO2 Technical Support.
