Critical chance axe masteries

These masteries don't do anything.  I had plenty of con and sen when I put points into it and my critical didn't change at all.

Yap, due to the max limit crit (50%) even you put more it will not exceed. I recommend putting just enough sen if you will get the passive.

Cuz you didn't even equip the axe.

Is this true ^ ? If so try to remember even the passive required the proper weapon to be currently equipped.
