So while I was lvling my champ I noticed that only the soldier spear Aoe;s actually have a debuff effect, I think the champ ones should also have one even if there the exact same % as the noob one the higher dmg dealt with the champ skills is fine I just fell they should have simular debuff capabilitys.
anyone else thinking the same??
