Problem with my stats

Hi guys,

I got some trouble with my stats.

I'm a champion of level 212 and I think my stats are very low.

I got 2231 attack and 4393 defense. I die all the time and I don't hit high.

Here are my stats, this is including armor, excluding buffs.

I dont have a champ but there are several things which help you increase on any class.

Refine your gear to at least refine (10), this will give you a good amount of defense.

The armour you choose desides what extra stats can benefit you. As your getting defense from the refine and you are a champ I would try to use a brave set for farming, or a reinforced set, which give benefits to pvm play. Reinforced aurum set gives you the ability to get substats on those items, if you feel like you need more AP try getting reinforced armor pieces with 30 ap, 25 ap/25 acc substats. A full legendary set with a nice sub like 12 ap is good too for ap, but it may be harder to find  then just buying a reinforced set.

Try to get a backshield and mask to complement your gear. An ego mask gives you more mdef and def, you can get a 30ap sub on it, for more ap you can also try a beard mask with 30 ap sub. The substat on your backshield can also be AP.

Extra defensive on rings is nice, but get a cliff set or oro set for more def/hp or def/mdef, gem it accordingly with either po7s ( or lower depending on your zulie) for defensive or D7s for AP. Get a hebarn set for more ap/crit or lava set for more ap/acc. Once again gem what you think will benefit you most, but make  the stats complement your build. You will want a good defensive, but do not neglect getting ap, your a champ, not a knight.

Personally I;d suggest you get a reinforced set and refine it to 10, get it with ap subs and you should have no difficulty in pvm, get a mask and backshield to match either a AP or DEF subbuild. Get the high grade gems/ jewerly later, it can cost alot. Once you are max and able to farm for zulie in a good way you can try to get the best gear for both pvm and pvp.

I agree with Logi get yourself a reinforced set ref +10 try and get it with str & ap or 20+ap stats this will help you a lot in both ap, hp, hp recovery & 10% more def then normal blue eq,

even an ashura mask with ap or str & ap substat will do and theres always plenty of those for sale cheap in junon, backshield work with the same theme as the rest of your gear

your weapon get a hardened lvl200 weapon ither with 20+ap substat or gemed with ruby 6/7

jewlery I like to use lava with ruby 7s not asmuch ap as diamonds but good all round stat.

Thanks for all the reactions. I see that I need a lot of zulie to get this kind of armor, jewelery and gems. I don't have so much, so is there a way you recommend me to get my zulie? DrunkinMonkey, would be nice if you'd like to help me in-game, what's your character name?

CandyCoated is my main or OzCrafter atm money really isn't so hard to get good few hrs lvling in prison picking everything up will net u a good amount of zulie same for ruins

To name a few things:

- If you are 200+, do the Cave of Ulverick dungeon, its reasonbly easy, you get a nice endboss loot which you can sell and the valour points can be sold as weapons or armour for profit.

- Do daily quests on Orlo, these will net you a few million zulie every day.

- Pick up every drop when you farm, even the unsellable ones, you can always NPC them and every zulie is more then 0.

- Focus your zulie spending, dont try to get a little of everything, get 1 item and then focus on the next, there is no need to earn 5 billion zulie instantly, 10x500m for every armour piece works just as well, if you have patience.

- Make a low level character and farm the lower levels, you need only a few million zulie to make an ubernewbie, and the chem drops at low levels are high ^^, chems net you 40000 zulie per chem.

- Farm alone, there are tons of spots which still drop reasonble chems/items but just arent good enough for aoe parties are fast paced lvln, again every zulie is more cash.

- Save dirty hearts till you have about 50 or 100 and them look around junonpolis for the best sale, you can often find a few shops with radically different buying prices, some people need hearts NOW some can wait, use other people's impatience. This works with many highly wanted drops/items.

- Get a buddy cleric and fight kings on Orlo, even the blue equipment pieces are worth it, you get a chance to get chems/ epics and if not a full inventory of blue equipment is still a few million zulie' worth. Once you are full, drop armour, keep weapons, they are worth more.

Since the skill update, I too am now finding my Champ is vastly underpowered compared to what it used to be. I mean, I could solo Kings on Orlo. Now I am barely doing 10% of their HP before I have to run away /sigh

Levelling a champ at the moment, should i put some into charm for bonuses or not?

EDIT:urgh nvm its not seeming to do anything just tried with reset   guess charm don't work for soldier like it does for my cleric.

It does for some soldiers, but not for a lot of them.
