Whats with the slow ticket response.

Been playing this game since beta off and on even payed to play for a couple years spent god knows how much money on the IM and yet i've been waiting to hear from support for more then a week seems pretty terrible considering all things. Is there a number i can just call to for customer support instead since the ticket system doesnt seem to work.
