Arrow Vulcan vs. Falcon Assault?

I'm pretty new to the game and decided to go with a ranger, however I'm having trouble deciding which skill-oriented build would be more beneficial (and in the very least, the pros/cons and what each is better for,) to max and build the other skills around. 

Arrow Vulcan's long cast time is a really big disadvantage in pvp and in raids. Haste does nothing to lower the cast time so it will always be a terrible skill in pvp and raids. 

Falcon Assault is a decent skill in pvp and in raids but the disadvantage is that sometimes the falcons will do nothing but hover around the enemy.

I personally went with FA because you can hide and cast it without removing your cloak.

I've tried both out.<<Falcon assault>> is very good as it says.

<<Arrow Vulcan>> is so damn weak.. as it says as well. I have <<arrow vulcan>> on 1 though and fear breeze on 5. just before the 30 seconds run out I use <<Arrow Vulcan>>.

Falcon Assault is great to increase your damage output in raids, since as any DoT it deals damage in addition to your normal attacks. However, they are buggy from time to time and against highly mobile targets (like in Coloseum), it's possible to run outside their attack range.

Vulcan Arrow is only another attack and therefore a replacement to your normal attacks. Due to the long animation time, it's not that great. But it can be a finishing attack.Get all your Focus points to maximum, cast 3x Double Strafing, hope that Main Ranger triggers to cast two more and finish it with a Vulcan Arrow.

Fear Breeze is debatable. My honest, personal opinion: It's crap. Instead of this skill make sure you maxed True Sight and Wind Walk. This makes it easy in Colo to win, since you can outrun most damage.

Most importantly: Make sure you have invisibility (Camouflage) at lvl 1 at least.
