Batman Chasers Events

Considering one of the deleted posts was the OP threatening to lock someone out of his thread, are these really the type of people you want for events? Sorry but hes not a forum mod, there is also a screenshot of him saying he wants people promoting a livestream that helps PROMOTE this server banned - that livestream is doing a lot more than these DB/BB spawns.

 

Please just lock and delete his thread.

and also if you aren't interested in my server events please dont bother and ignore my post cuz you do not have to atened to them you can simply ignore them, and this has no relevenace to my events so if it has something useful like ideas please dont post also people were posting threaded links to peoples accounts and i will no have that happen in my thread ulike alot of other people dont be a troll please grow up and stop posting trash talk in someones event thread really it makes you look like the idiot

Posts regarding the incident have been removed. I apologize if you feel your post was unfairly removed as I went through and removed them all and most likely a couple in retrospect did not have to disappear to the post farm in the sky.

 

Unfortunately the OP was rude to another user in his role as an event organizer. He has apologized for it and promised to never to do again. That being said if he does do it again Oda and I will have to rethink his participation in the events program. But that is only if that happens.

 

If you feel he is currently acting inappropriately PM myself or Oda about it but do not harass the OP as that it self is ill mannered. Thank you.

 

yes thank you and please be more strict with this rule cuz it seems people want to bad talk about other people cuz they feel threatened over something what idk? but please enforce this. because this is redictious i am trying to make the server have a small event here and there to keep people interested in playing iRO but people want to be trolls and bad talk about people really need to grow up and get a life

I do not believe you should be telling people to grow up and get a life and such if you want to be gaining people's respect. This is not how an Event Host should be behaving, most importantly like what some others have said, you should be speaking maturely and as politely as possible. Even when people are criticizing about your events being poorly organized.

 

More over you should also be open to criticism and learn to improve your events if others are not happy about it. :\

 

I'm having trouble understanding your English as well. I do believe you should learn to speak as proper English as you can because if this happens during one of your events, I wouldn't know what to do.

He's causing nothing but chaos in game and forums immature players like him shouldn't be running events and batman no one feels threatened people just don't want you to run anymore events because you are an immature trash and if you look around none of the other people that are running events are having this kind of response to their events. So just stop trash and go back to PvP and keep being a punching bag.

I do not agree with a section of people here who are just trying to carve mountains out of a mole hill. Even though, their anger is justified, they are pretty much doing the same what the Event guy did - Speak something in excitement / anger without thinking much.

There was a mistake on his part, which he admitted and apologized to all. We should atleast respect that. There's a popular saying, 'To err is human; To forgive, divine.' Which means, that is the tendency of the human nature to make mistakes, but to forgive someone's mistake is something divine. And then you guys also questioned his maturity? What about yours? This is maturity. I think, we should all just forgive him and give him another chance. His actions will be monitered anyway. Lets have faith in him and hope that we enjoy his events

Also, I feel it is really very important to channel all the critism the right way. Like one of the current event host mentioned, even if you give your best or do good for people, there will be some people who'd try to pull you down or bad-mouth you. You should just be a responible host by not letting these petty things affect you and hosts all the events in goodwill. I wish you all the best and I hope you don't disappoint people once again. It is not your place to threaten other users. If they are harassing you, you need to report them not respond to them. Responding to them only fans the flames. This is a community event which means it needs to be open to anyone regardless of your/my/their personal feelings about anyone.

I understand you do not like this smackthis. You are always welcome to participate though I do ask that you please refrain from being mean and discouraging to the user. Oda runs the community events runners and if you believe someone is doing something inappropriate then you need to PM him or me. If you end up pming me I will talk to Oda the next chance I get.

i can't comment on the event since i didn't participate (it did interfere with my dragon parts farming though). may i suggest you check your spelling before broadcasting to the entire server first though? it was really getting on my nerves having to read that sh.t

in the next few weeks i will be hosting a event i will keep you all posted in the next week with some of the details.
