Hey there guys. With Moscovia coming in next week I wanted to have you guys belly up to the bar and chat with us about this town. My preference is to put in the town mostly as originally implemented but looking at the levels of the monsters I am curious if you think that changes can (or should) be made. Besides stems (which we are working on making available through other means), why would you go to Moscovia?

At level 70-mid 80s are there not enough places to level? What can we do to make sure that people make the most out of this map?

Current level range is around the 70s-80s

The spawns on Moscovia field seem awfully generic

Moscovia dungeon 1

Low level Popos and mantises

-Les is the prize monster here due to the high chance of dropping stems

-Wood goblin doesn't seem all that useful

Moscovia Dungeon 2

-Baba Yaga

-More les

-Uzhas with Mastela Fruit drops

Moscovia Dungeon 3 80s-90s

-Gopinch MVP with high Treasure box drop

-Repeats of existing monsters

levelling at that range sucks and moscovia is a very newbie friendly place iirc

leave it alone and increase awareness of the dungeon! Nobody is going to go there if they have mercenaries and anubis exist.

Improving it for newbies would be to add a TI or something I guess.

edit: should mention, people may use it as a homunculus levelling ground.

Yeah, the field map is probably one of the laziest designs I've seen, much more like a deleted scene from one of the prontera field maps. Making it easier to get there/get around is also within our purview.

Not to sure about this map, but with the recent increase in new members we've gotten from steam i think we should do as Xellie said increasing awareness of the dungeon so they can go level there,Other than that not much to do there. You can also add a turn in there if you want players to go there.

The quest is a bit annoying for low level people talking mostly about the item part that make you need kill goats, Sea otters and other stuff.

I know that most of people just going to memo there with their priest and once the memo is done everyone will get it without doing the quest. So why not just make it available.

What would you think of adding the Guild Supply box as a drop from the Gopinich MVP? It would give a reason for players to go to the dungeon to fight him, since he doesn't really have any unique drops.

Oda, you can remove the sharp leaf turn in. If you want to add a moscovia turn in choose strong branches(wood golem by 40%). Les are already a attractive level spot.

Dryad sharp leafs turn in can be changed to tough vines(54% tough vines instead of 30% for sharp leafs)

This will boost the exp in moscovia and for dryads because you hunt tough vines much faster.

Plus: Sharp leafs become interesting for cooking again.

Sharp leafs were always used for green salad. iRO's turn-in quest killed this food on euRO a few years ago, too. Please undo your mistake at least on Classic. Thx.

Btw Sharp leaf is the worst item for a turn in. It has the lowest drop chance of the four "high" level turn ins! Just compare:

Item(dropchance): Exp

50x Goat Horn(46%): 323k

50x Bacillus(41%): 312k

50x Sharp leaf(30%): 293k

20x Anolian Skin(49%): 86k

Its important to add at least a two week deadline for people who want to use their sharp leafs for exp/sale.

E: yup, preview post mode didnt work correctly...

If you were to add guild supply "crate" i think it's gonna be a race to kill this mvp first, having people camp out and what not which isn't bad. It gives us something to do in that map.

Yes, it would need to drop MANY boxes, or a crate with many boxes, for it to be worthwhile.

Overall I feel like Moscovia update is pretty pointless, I have been there a grand total of 4 times ever.  But that's just me, maybe someone else could benefit from it.

For the most part, honestly we're all waiting for DG and New World.  Moscovia update is just in the way.

This was not already added right? That's kinda far to go to waste pots killing an mvp when you can just get it from a GD. We should already have a reason to hunt it. If you wanna 99 a non-transcended char on the last map in mocsovia dungeon, you login an alt to kill the mvp first right? To make the map safer. I 99ed my sinx there (20% exp in a day! :D) and never saw the mvp once, so someone must be killing it already O.0 .

The access quest is that bad? You only need to do it on an aco class char (on an alt account), and you can memo the first map to warp all your chars there. If you let frends and guildies copy it off you, I don't think it can get any easier without taking the quest out. : /
