Actually, Shaman's HP buff says it will decrease the accuracy by 15%, but I never see any of the same levels missing.

what is the future for commie, i really jaded with my commie with spam skill, low dmg, suck aoe and cannt do anything at foc, theme battle...from lv 62 com
For a Commander in Requiem, PATIENCE is the greatest skill. This is what I have found in all 15 months playing this one. You can not expect to do great things before lvl 74 and stun protection really. This is regarding PvP obviously, it matters much less against mobs. Low damage? Not quite. At every level Commanders can have pretty decent damage capacity. Well, if you are dreaming about a REAL damage monster, that can not happen, this is designed for casters. The Commander's job is to receive little and deal (fairly) decent damage. So, you survive and they die, but if you want to do this in one second it is just not possible with this class.
Skill spam... Yes, we have talked many times about this. And how frustrating it will be. Yes, because you miss miserably most of the time. Well, this is the deal with melee and this game. We all hope it will be fixed one glorious day, but dont hold your breath either. You will have to learn to live with failing your skills. Doesnt matter when and where, even at high levels you WILL miss. Our aoe skills are actually quite nice. IF and I say IF they would connect properly, a good Commander can devastate a good number of opponents.
Finally about FoC and battlefields... Tough luck there. Things will only change for the better after 74. Until then perpetually stunned and wasted by every clown like a sitting duck. Simple. Unless you want to hide in a corner or behind the whole party waiting for a chance to pick on some absent minded loner. Or charge in and die quick and gloriously.
Anyway, apart from the PvP bull-_-, a balanced Commander with decent gear CAN handle anything in solo, party or raid mode. Been doing this a long time. So, just forget about the mishaps and design failures, you can still enjoy playing a Commander a lot!
