Hi, I can't power up T-T
whenever i click on "power up" on the warpportal page, it says "Payment Error!"

You playing through Steam or just RO?
Not sure how to fix RO but if it's Steam you need to go to your Steam library right-click on RO and browse to the properties. Once there, you have to check or uncheck the in-game Steam community then reload the game. It should work after that.
