+10% damage per 2 refine seems OP.
HP scale of monster after 150+ are really high, so they're balancing out with high damage figure. For example, Nightmare Scaraba Hall is filled with Scaraba with 330k~360k hp.

That was my thought. Seeing 50k spammable cart cannons will be fully doable now.
Some of these hats are going to Sooooo break woe.
Edit- And once again performers are left in the dust. Vulcan? Vulcan blows, it needs a SERIOUS update to even be considered a potential skill to get. And the other skill that gets a boost is great echo, which is an ensemble skill sooooooo next to useless in most situations anyway.

The Worn Out Mithra sounds good for ME builds!
Worn Out Blazing Soul....Lightning ride? Thought it was nerfed....
So...any clue as how you get them because with Reno's Crystal synthesis to old gears it gives cue that maybe we'll use the headgears we're awarded when we reach 3rd Job as base for the new ones.
(Though I might be wrong, my only 3rd Job character as of now is a Sura)

Does KRO have safe refining like we do? Might need to tweak these numbers... +12 is too obtainable once you're at end game.
For refining, iRO is quite easy mode. kRO does have safety feature but they don't come in handy like iRO. and they don't have system like mighty hammer, or Enriched hammer like we do. Meaning, they break using enriched. Now they have something like certs and its fairly possible to obtain stuff like +10. but they usually don't go beyond +10 in kRO. this shouldn't be problematic because they're for 170+.

I saw KRO has updated +13 ~ +19 cert few week ago. this's broken.
Yea..... thats some insane stuff >_> i think they comes with sealed egnigem card. pretty broken stuff. And i dont think they're Cert. It actually refine them to designated refine level.
Nvm, i just checked, they're just got added to the client. No official update about them on either Main page, or Community Forum yet. Not sure how they'll work. Might be RWC prize.

wow those revised effects on the hats. +120% to a given skill with a +12 hat... that's well over double damage... but whats with the +5% to weak skill like arrow vulcan? It should be like +50% not +5...
