wow those revised effects on the hats. +120% to a given skill with a +12 hat... that's well over double damage... but whats with the +5% to weak skill like arrow vulcan? It should be like +50% not +5...

AFAIK. Each mobs drop costume hat and 'first class soul' related to their class.(EX : Warlock Katrinn drops costume magic stone hat and both Warlock Katrinn and Sorceror Celia drop mage soul') Then you can make powerful hats by combine costume hat with 1 'first class' soul, related to their class, and 20 Enegy Debris. There are a chance of failure. But if you use 5 times quantity of materials, There are 100% success. ( I don't sure)

For slotted Cloak of the Fallen. It uses unslotted Cloak of the Fallen, 20 Ghost Chill and 100 Enegy Debris to create.

You can get Energy Debris by exchange several kind of weapon with NPC.

That would make more sense...

Sidenote: cute microphone + floral bracelet + ancient dying swan = 420% Arrow Vulcan? Should be 100k+ damage... but against 600k monsters and with arrow storm doing 200k+... sigh @ ro design.

If these headgears are made to respond to the increasing hp pool of monsters past 150 (aka for PCM purposes) then I pray to whatever Norse gods in charge of this unbalance game to have the foresight to disable these effects in woe/pvp.

@CharAznable, might be a little off topic but is the new bio (nightmare mode) and GH memorial instance viable places for leveling +150? There doesn't seem to be a lot of new maps! I can't imagine for +160 leveling too.

@CharAznable, might be a little off topic but is the new bio (nightmare mode) and GH memorial instance viable places for leveling +150? There doesn't seem to be a lot of new maps! I can't imagine for +160 leveling too.

 

Upon arrival of 160, we should have some new challenge maps, including clock tower challenge maps, and others. there are few more Memorial Dungeons as well. Old GH inscance does comes with Glast Heim Challenge Dungeon, which is good place to level as well. But nowadays, people just do daily quest, and Jitubuck, and Charlestern. Some grinds at GH Challenge Dungeon. But most likely, after 150, you will be grinding at Clock Tower Challenge Dungeon.

Are HP mods at 150+ for characters able to withstand a 120% buff to skills? Cuz if not that makes almost zero sense to make it usable in Pvp/woe...

you have to take it in account that their level cap is 175. But anyway, no complain so far.

You must grind in Biolab 5F for a while to get those costume hat and first class souls. So I think it isn't too OP.

The bold ones are the only ones that already do some damage. The rest are so incredibly weak right now, doubling the damage on any of them is hardly "overpowered." At best, doubling the damage might make some of them viable, where the same skill is currently not.
