Steps You Took to get Bug: I tried leveling up to the designated level.. but no main quests WHATSOEVER

Character Name: TheForgottenOn

Type of Bug:Elements/knight grand cross.

Steps You Took to get Bug:Pulls Muka's

any other information/details you can provide: It all started after the patch 01/08/2014 Wed. I'm a knight, I put element of destruction in my weapon sword. Afterwards farm muka's like i always do but after pull muka's near me start grand cross, the game crashes and shutdown terminated. Please fix... it's been almost a week won't be able to play. 

Character Name: NeptuneMichiru.

Type of Bug: Verta Delta Dungeon Quest missing.

Patch Date the Bug Started Occurring: When side-quests were removed.

Steps You Took to get Bug: Went to Verta Delta to start the missions, completed every mission available, went to Onasis to see if he gave the dungeon quest, he doens't give it.

Any other information/details you can provide: She's at lvl 45 right now and I see she has quests in Sograt Desert, but I'd rather finish the dungeon there first before moving on or play with my alts until this is fixed. 

Character Name: HipatiaLilith.

Type of Bug: Sorc's heals nerfed way too much.

Patch Date the Bug Started Occurring: Last patch.

Steps You Took to get Bug: Used Rejuvenation.

Any other information/details you can provide: Just that, the heals are too nerfed, now they're nothing more than useless.

Character Name: Rosalind21

Type of Bug: Renovatio is healing half of what I think it should be.

Steps You Took to get Bug: Used renovatio.

Any other information/details you can provide: My master lvl 1 priest's reno is healing about a 350~ish right now.

Edit: it is actually healing something like 600~700, sorry for the mistake.

Character Name: JHOCER 

Type of Bug:  Consecutive sound effect (stacking) with a successful hit on monsters having a different element against the infused ("firmament" yellow orb) element on weapon being used. 

Patch Date the Bug Started Occurring: Last Patch 

Steps You Took to get Bug: Attacking with infused (Firmament element) on Desert Scorpion Bow at monsters with different element.

Any other information/details you can provide: sound effect says ( Welcome to the training ground blah blah blah...), Tried a different bow then the sound effect's gone (tried the above mentioned bow then the sound effect comes again)

Character Name: Shireeva

Type of Bug: Raising Peco Peco Quest, not getting the item

Patch Date the Bug Started Occurring: Most recent one

Steps You Took to get Bug: Accept quest. Go over to required mob, beat mob up some. Equip the Mallet when mob gets low (since all it needs is the last hit for the item to drop). Mob dies, but no item for the quest.

Any other information/details you can provide: See the above statement. I've done this quest enough to know the tricks of it, and now that I come back to RO2 after some time, I come back to the quest not acting the way it should.

Character Name: Rabastan

Type of Bug: Colo fighting during end Round

Patch Date the Bug Started Occurring: since the 8th

Steps You Took to get Bug: Me none, just being there I suppose

Any other information/details you can provide: End colo round, people can continue attacking despite round being over which in turn leads to death.

Worse IF on the last round of colo and you exit and die because at times you can NOT use skills to heal yourself (I've tried but skill bar is faded)....resulting in loss of Master Points....

Type of Bug: Can't heal in Colo using pots

Patch Date the Bug Started Occurring: since last patch I think

Steps You Took to get Bug: I tried to use any of my Red Pots and none healed me

Any other information/details you can provide: It was during my first visit at the Colo during the 1st round, I tried hitting my assigned key for pots and clicking madly with both mouse buttons, some times it worked some times it didn't and during the 2nd round I couldn't heal at all, so I died

Character Name: Llywelyn

Type of Bug: Bit of an odd glitch I noticed in the crafting window.  If nothing it selected, it seems to default to a random Blacksmith recipe.

Steps You Took to get Bug: Deselecting any recipe on my crafting window

Any other information/details you can provide: This glitch also occurs on all my other non-blacksmith characters, though sometimes it appears to be a different recipe, e.g., on my Crescentia (an Artisan) it seems to be an ore refining recipe.

Type of Bug:  Lag

Date the Bug Started Occurring: 1/11

Location: The Netherlands

ISP: Ziggo

Ever since last saturday I am lagging a LOT in the game. When I first log in it's fine for about half an hour and then the lag comes. First small lags but they get worse as time progresses. It even got so bad that I lost connection to the server and prevented me from logging in for hours because my account was locked in the server. Channel hopping doesn't work because it's the same on all channels for me.

Bug list updated with priority bug fixes we are hoping to get this maintenance. 

I will update the list more tomorrow to include any bugs from the previous patches that may be leftover.

Type of Bug: 'Contingency' HORRIFICALLY Nerfed

Steps You Took to get Bug: Simply using the Crecentia skill 'contingency', even up to five stacks

The Crecentia skill 'Contingency' has been nerfed in the worst way possible. It used to tick for almost 2,000 points per tick at five stacks. Now it hits for just barely over 300, and that's with Raw Tilt active.

Character Name: Amatesa

Type of Bug: Hit rate not being affected by increase AGI/aqua never hits

Steps You Took to get Bug: PVP, Colosseum

Any other information/details you can provide:

No matter how many hit/AGI buffs i give, players with either low gear or under 25 can still dodge majority of my attacks. I have used Pump It Up Hard Pill, Agility buff potions, Christmas buff (10% bonus to all stats) and Concentration potion, to try and at least hit SOME of the players reliably just to miss 3 attacks in a row and lose all of the buffs instantly. I understand the formula is still out of wack, but it doesn't appear at all that anything fixes the Hit rate which makes the problem even worse. The numbers sometimes change but the actual play of it doesn't.

Summon Aqua just misses all the time, rather on field mobs or players.

Character Name: AMDxScandaL

Type of Bug: Characters go invisible when using Ymir Child and and even my SM when using Awake Soulmate and I can't move or walk.

Steps I took to get Bug: Using Awake Soulmate/Having someone in Ymir Child form.

Information/Details I Can Provide:Just casting Awake Soulmate would make my character disappear and it says I can't move. It's not the invisible type thing. It's just not completely there. Same thing happened when I was in a party with my boyfriend, AMDxSyLar. He said he can move completely normal and nothing's wrong. Btw, I was using the Desert Scorpion Doll and it won't show up. I got the stats but it won't float on my char's side. And once I wore my chaos doll, it does show up.

Type of Bug: No quest after "the truth of the lord" quest. Should come "keep the promise of ship wreck", but it doesn't come

Steps You Took to get Bug: Just played the main quest line, and got stuck.

Any other information/details you can provide: Cannot continue the game at all.

Type of Bug: Cannot view crafting recipes

Steps You Took to get Bug: Bug affected the newly created character.

Character Name: Lokas3nna

Type of Bug: Costume Fusion

Patch Date the Bug Started Occurring: Err, today? (01/14/2014)

Steps You Took to get Bug: I wanted a Phantom Thief costume, so I fused a Cat (M) [1 slot] and a Viking Armor (M) [no slot] with a Costume Fusion tablet, random unchecked, selected the Phantom Thief costume, and I got a Queen Mask (a middle face accessory). I had thought that Costume Fusion would fuse, you know, costumes, and I had selected one.

Any other information/details you can provide: No screenshots, since I hadn't expected this to happen - I've fused costumes before and this hasn't happened. I have already filed a ticket regarding this.

Type of Bug: Event drops (Lutie snowflakes not dropping)

Patch Date the Bug Started Occurring: Since start of the holiday events

Steps You Took to get Bug: You guys did say that snowflakes will be dropping from mobs, right? Or did you intend for the Miracle Title to be entirely pay to win? Because if it is, can we get an option to change Ice Santa/Lutie Ice back to snowflakes? I changed my snowflakes to ices because I had thought the flakes would drop from mobs (saves inventory space) but now they're useless.

Type of Bug: Phantom Pyramid not giving rewards

Patch Date the Bug Started Occurring: since ever???

Steps You Took to get Bug: Every time I play the pyramid and I cannot go further I click the "recive reward" button it doesn't do anything, it doesn't give me any reward.

Any other information/details you can provide: It have happened to me every time a play the phantom pyramid, I dont't know if it's me and I don't know how to play it or if it's a bug but I have 2 stones and I don't wanna lose them.

Type of Bug:  unable to purchase recipe / client crash

Patch Date the Bug Started Occurring:  1/8~10?  not so sure

Steps You Took to get Bug:  talk to expert npc, they only got elements of lv.50 /  after clearing storm of mobs, and try to pick up drops, it crash.

Any other information/details you can provide:  waited to long enough, and know there was least 1 updates since 2014 started.  Now what?

Type of Bug: Using the skill "Acrobatic" in combat kills me instantly.

Patch Date the Bug Started Occurring: Don't know, but today's date is 1/14/2014

Steps You Took to get Bug: Enter area "Haven of Valkyrie", start attack any mob there and then use the skill "Acrobatic".

Type of Bug:quest bug for noels

Patch Date the Bug Started Occurring: cant tell

The quest ''Raising peco peco'' is bugged for noels, we cant get the baby peco peco even when we're on party with another person(they get the baby but we dont). Cant play thanks to this bug D:
