Tiki Tuesday Question lounge for 1/28

Since it's my birthday this week, I'm going to be listening to tunes from that long ago year of 1983. 

Tiki Recipe of the Week: The ChiChi

For those of you with a blender, this is a very tropical tasting drink that does not have the burn or tartness that you'd expect with a tiki cocktail. 

Pretty simple to make. 

5 oz unsweetened pineapple juice

1 oz Coco Real coconut cream 

2 oz vodka

8 oz (1 cup) crushed ice

Place everything in a blender and blend at high speed for 5 seconds. Pour into a tall or pilsner glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry speared with a piece of pineapple. 

Do we have this update yet? Don't want to play zeny tennis with the next character I plan to transcend.

Yes! We are adding this in this week, coincidentally. 

That's something we may be able to implement on our own end. Will check with the rest of the team. 

when will Rapid Throw be fixed in regards to Shadow Chasers using it at full strength even tho they havent mastered Dagger Throwing Practice?

That is something that we would need to request from kRO, if they have already changed the skill over there we can request that. 

if there a fix for intentional position bugging? players are using position bugging on purpose to make their characters impossible to hit...

That would also require an update from kRO to force the client to keep track of that. 

bots are now buying zeny and gears off players to help fuel their business... what is being dont to stop this?

We have been monitoring trades and have already found players who have been dealing with zeny farmer sellers.

the bots arnt even trying to hide in places like prontera field 8 and payon spores maps... shouldnt these low level places be constantly monitored?

Regarding to Rudolf Hairband : i've noticed that in the description of the item there is this phrase "Increase Agi effect and potency of Carrot heal will be removed on March 5, 2014".

Will you remove completely the boosted heal from carrots, or just reduce it (like you did the past year ?   http://forums.warppo... carrot rudolf).

The heal will be halved and the increase agi effect will disappear on the 5th. 

Please Do not Implement the bottle in Classic as someone said before( previous discussion) Empty bottle is a source of income for a lot of people especially new player. If you do intend on adding bottle in make it about 3000z so other player still can earn from it( make it so discount won't work). If those people say it's not convenient they're lying because there is always someone selling bottle.

Oh, by the way there is Bots spamming Zeny chat in morroc( 2 of them)

We have no current plans to implement a bottle vending NPC, but we have been working on introducing alternate ways for people to obtain the bottles.

Is it possible to allow for a 1:1 exchange of sapha certs into splendide/manuk/mora coins?

The only use for sapha certs right now is to enchant 4 gears (feral boot, feral tail, golden bell and light of el dicastes) that nobody uses.

At this time unfortunately these will not be exchangable, but I am curious about the number of these that people have unspent. 

Any news regarding the implementation of the quests for the Inubashiri Headgears and their corresponding Accesories?

The Feathers of Fate sequel quest should be the first in the line of community designed quests that will reward the Inubashiri Headgears. 

Will we have the buffed version of Immne Shield that Kro have??

Can we get Hocus-Pocus changed back to it's official rates as the issue of it causing influx of MVP cards isn't really relevant due to massive amount of BB's and summoner, ET. 

Can't recall a change on our end for a few years at least, but we can check.

Please can we have a high tier turn in on classic that rewards fragments of darkness and crystals of darkness for the Giant Majestic Goat? Please don't put it in GD, we need reasons for parties in other places.

Bio3 or Thanatos are good options.

We were talking about this earlier, we will have a post in the foundry about implementing fragments in advance of DG maps being in classic.

As you requested on previous Tiki Tuesday, i've made testing video of Mild Wind proc rate for four of zodiac crown/diadem we have in our server. I personally sent you pm with a link to the video.  Would it be possible for your team to look into it again, and fix the proc rate?
