Hello, This is a feedback of stat's.

 

Character: VolgZaigev

Feedback Type: Stats

 

Feedback: I found new Balance so nerfed for Assasin.

 

Ej: New stats: Crit: 2 , Dodge: 1 // While a BM got 2 dodge at start, and also assasins dont got bonus on agi stat's... I goted 135 agi on assasin and only up dodge 100 pts, and crit 2%... class than supost to be critical, actually isn't that, where is better go all for str to get more dmg, and leave the low rate crit to Mark and Claw.

 

Wonder if some day assasins got better stat's,  Like a base stats : 10 crit // 8 dodge .. and bonus in Agi stat per 10 Points.

Still waiting on the class rebalance for sin - at the moment in DW, the class' damage is fairly low, given that sins are supposed to be a DPS class.

Yeah, our AoE damage is poop but in a DW party (assuming megalith room) assassin is probably the best lurer due to shadow armor and staying alive with grimtooth. Lured my way all the way to 30. :P

 

As for DPS.. the only time you're raid DPSing things at the moment is in chaos. I'm well geared but casters easily overtake melee DPS, which I'm kind of hoping would change since melee has to take more risks than ranged in a raid, and thus should be rewarded with higher DPS. I pretty much made intra's VCR report a while back and I still hope that a buff for DA from 250 -> 300% would help both rogue and assassin out a lot in these regards. Chaos DPS can't be judged that easily though I suppose, since pet damage favors magic classes way too much.

I generally hate to QQ, but ugh, this has actually been nagging at me for awhile now, especially with the mobs in DW and the added defense they have. I'm ML30 with decently runed gears and hones, and I take longer to solo a boss (ie. Supervisor Gustaf, no adds) than an ML20+ (ML21-24ish) tank or caster. I notice that the same seems to apply to the mobs (ie. Hell Rackuf) as well, in that I take longer than said classes. For a class that's categorized as a DPS, especially melee, that just seems...off. This was less noticeable at Osiris, since the mob defense was lower.

 

I'm not expecting to be OP at ML30 - the slightly increased stats show that it's not that big a leap - but the damage we do on DW mobs, even single-target hits and burst damage, is very unimpressive. Granted, casters have DoTs that bypass defense, but assassins were also promised a skill balance of a skill based on the opponent's defense. However, this fix has not been implemented, or even clarified. Would like to see some progress on this, if at all.

Yep.. I'm really curious about the "increase damage based on defense" thing, I guess we'll just have to wait and see how it goes. In the meantime I guess imba tanks are going to beat our DPS (even outside of aura armor). All is fair and balanced with shield cannons 1 shotting BMs  :heh:
