Oh, maybe I should've added that to my guide as well.
What I recommend is, start by putting nearly everything on STR. Your main stat, it is needed for wearing your weapon and is also the stat you benefit from the most. Just put all points you can in it at the early stages.
CON, I recommend keeping it the same as your level. But since you're going to PvE only, you should also be fine keeping CON half your level.
DEX won't be necessary until you hit near max, don't put any in it for now. That's for later.
SEN isn't that important early on, but once STR reaches the 300ish value, you'll start putting points on SEN.
As for CHA, this is also really an end game stat, and as a low level you won't benefit much from it as a champion.
Stat priority: STR>CON/SEN>CHA>DEX. This is, granted you use my normal stat build, and not the dodge type champion. In case you go for the dodge build, then it's like this: STR>DEX>CON/SEN>CHA
As for skills, start with the attack power passives. After that get the AoE's, and the passives for AoE range. Most of the lvling in this game is AoE based, so these are the ones you will want almost immediately. If you're having trouble finding a party and are doing some solo training by 1v1ing monsters, then it is advisable to get the passives for attack speed as well.
After those, you will want to aim for the defensive passives, such as hp, def, hp recovery, str, the str buff (not exactly defensive, but we'll count these in as well). After that come the other skills that are listed in my guide, but those are mostly for end game purpose.
