What equipment does a sen crafter need to get decent con and high sen ?

Max sen, rest into con, and then just going with pure sen gear (crafting hammer with e7) will get you decent success rate. Magic Pearls will be about 75% success I think? You can always switch out random amounts of sen for con gear if you want higher success rate, but I think even pure sen gear gives 100% success for the lvl 200 back equipment.

What i actually meand was what gears i need that have good 'sen'stats ,i know much for con but not so much for sen ^^

Holy ring and earring
Lifeguard whistle (necklace)
Heart headband
Lifeguard uniform
Falling leaf wooden shoes
Boxing gloves
Beta mach B-12
Lifeguard buoy
4-leaf clover
Some items need to be rerolled in order to have the highest sen, if you can't afford that I recommend getting crafted items with just a 20 sen stat to use.

Can u also 'earn" zullie with sen crafter ? or only with con?

You can. For one, style sunglasses with 30cha stat can be sold for quite a profit. 25/50 or 50/40 hebarn/lava accessories tend to be sold for quite a lot as well. A good sen crafter can make some money.

At this moment ,
I am a con crafter (gems/pat/wep hardening/...)
But my items almost dont sell , even my prices are the lowest (i have almost no profit...)
And when i walk through shops in junon
I see that shops with ashura masks are full at the beginning of the day , and almost empty at the end of the day ...
That kind of set me thinking to switch to sen crafter ,... Could this be a good idea ?
I think its also good for my new upcoming characters

Sen crafters can be good if you have the mats and zulie to keep the business going. Con crafters can make a lot of money, but it can be difficult as there isn't always a demand for the items.

Con crafters pretty much only sell gems. There was an exploit with the IM PAT Painting ticket, which is how/why there were so many IM carts in stores for a while, but they've shut that down. Sen is a pretty iffy stat. At eh..850ish sen, it's pretty easy to get 25/50 (minus 25/50 merc bp), 60/40, etc. lvl 200 back items. 60/40 eudies and mask of lie, 25/50 ashura (or maybe it's just my luck ...) are pretty difficult. I find getting good stats on rein lvl 200 also pretty difficult..especially 30cha/mp rec. But if you have tons of random mats lying around from your leveling days, you can make a tidy sum from just crafting some good statted stuff.
