That's the only reason I bought any. This effect was in pre-renewal before this.

I think that would be badass
I think that this is the best idea so far. The aftercast delay wouldn't be an issue since it is on attacking and not being attacked.

Gloria has a 2 second cast delay. If the proc rate is often enough, 2 seconds feels like eternity, not to mention it'd be completely out for combo monks.
Mind you, I'd love it. I have a crit based linker. I just think it's a little too powerful, and could cause issues for some classes with the cast delay, not to mention being useless to casters.
And, honestly, I'd just be happy with +3 luk, period. Anything else is gravy.

+3 luk, +5 Perfect Dodge, and +15% exp and drop. Small chance of casting Orc Face on self when attacking.
5 Luk +3 Perfect Dodge Crit+1 and 10 flee. Lose 1-100 zeny each time you dodge an attack, Gain 1-100 zeny when critical attacking.
4 Luk Small chance to summon a Poring named Oda or Campitor when attacking.

It's still way more inclusive than most of the other things posted here.
Some classes would shine more with it (crit sin/tkm/auto attack hunter/most auto attack classes) and why would casters use it over the pencil?
Anyways, I respect all the ideas here. Some are a bit ridiculous though.

Take most items/cards: They give level *1* Gloria.
Asking for level 5 is overpowered.

Is there a luk stat food? If so, it could be +3 luk and has a chance to give the food's buff when the player attacks.
Or how about:
Luk +3, Chance to drop Emerald when a monster dies. Not particularly overpowered, but would be a nice zeny boost if it happens 1/50 or 1/75 kills.
Also, it's a bit odd that this is a St. Patrick's Day thing, since shamrocks and four-leaf clovers are different. If it was a shamrock then I would second the gold dropping, or suggest it procs a low level bless or gives a chance to drop (chocolate?) gold coins that would buff luk.

e: maybe additional LUK +1 for every 17 LUK? At absolute most that would be +5 LUK at 85 base LUK.
Random thought, but we could also add DEX -1 due to inebriation. The clover is soaked in Baileys

If that's the case, make it so you sometimes drop into your loot pose and some how make it look like you're throwing up.

Leprechauns are good at escaping. So +10-20 flee would be pretty fitting. Maybe +10 with a chance to proc +10 more
Although, that said Filir's have Accelerated Flight, maybe pinions could use a flee boost too

personally I believe some classes dont have enough attack power
going to throw a completely biased effect here
Increased Magnus Exorcismus damage!!! (or MDEF pierce effect? we do too little compared to hi wizzies even against shadow4 mobs )
On a less biased suggestion...
how about making it upgradeable (no addition to def/mdef) but each upgrade will add a (.01*upgrade+1) chance of randomly giving a bonus to atk and matk when dealing damage
(+2-5% maybe?)
or completely take out the upgradeable portion and just give it a static chance.
(but this would really let some test out their luck... and have them buy more boxes)

When equipped with either a +7 Rabbit Bonnet [1] (Upper / Middle) or +7 Rabbit Earmuffs [1] (Upper / Middle),
Increases the heal rate of Carrots. (Make it on par with the witch's pumpkin hat+alarm mask effect.)
We'll need "something" to get these equips out.
Even though the rabbit hats were from a lucky box, It would be more fun to get the hats from an easter event. But easter is 38-39 days from now.
I have considered moon rabbit hat (upper) or the rabbit magic hat (upper) but that may be too overpowered for classic.
Conclusion: The potato one is probably more convenient.
