i have a friend whos stats on casting speed is 1.4k mine is 1.5k but i cast slower. why is that?

note that im using wind emblem and the other uses earth emblem. how is that possible?

Steps To Reproduce Bug: Talk to any kafra long teleport service > chose destination > pay the money > then use the hotkey for the skill: Ymir Child - Nightmare Lv3

Description: Once you get teleported, the skill became inactive, and it has no cooldown, it will stay the same until you re-log.

Steps To Reproduce Bug: Ressurect a dead with Leaf/SoulBind, then use land of recovery

Description: The skill works and show the cast time bar, but nothing shows up.

If when u resu someome they appear with the inmune buff, then u can't cast any skill on the target or it will just fail (like in nothing happens), however I haven't tried this myself. Be sure to check if they got the inmune buff or not. If the target doesn't have it then just ignore this because it is actually a bug
