*NEW* Rogue VCR Nomination

Hello, Rogues!

There has been interest in the Rogue class to get their second VCR since the election process ended. Rogues only had one player, Strobes, nominate themselves, so we have been running with just one rogue VCR.

We will be running another nomination and election cycle, though shorter than the previous one.

Nominations will last until Friday, April 4 at 12:00pm PDT.

Elections will then start and run until Tuesday, April 8 at 12:00pm PDT.

What future do you want for your class:

Character name: Billy

Play style: PvE Raids, Solo, Farming, PvP in duels, Colo, WoE, GvG team fights. Pretty much everything.

Top 3 reasons I should be VCR: 
1. Been playing Rogue with many different builds/styles since the start of the server so I feel like I understand the class pretty well. 
2. I'm actively playing/lurking and participating in class/feedback discussions for RO2 nearly every day.
3. Have more than enough time to dedicate to the position.

What future do you want for your class: I'd like Rogue to be equally appealing both PvE and PvP while also being easily distinguishable when compared to other DPS classes.
