May i know where is the npc of the quest for dragons?

I'd like to know what happened to the byalan challenge dungeon. No announcement, but the npc is gone.

The challenge dungeon comes in when the spotlighted town is low level as an added challenge. They will cycle out when a high level spotlight comes in. I apologize for the lack of notice. 

Oda, there's any possibility to change some old times Headgears and refresh their effects?

the spawns looks terrible when i go down there

I got roughly 8m-ish exp with the 200 kill count gold dragon turn in with BMx3 and the hat.

I dont know if it is supposed to give like that. considering the dragons are so hard to kill and strong.

that doesnt sound right. the spawns are not enough to get 200 kills in a reasonable ammount of time

Not to mention you have to buy a hat to do the ti's right? Nerfing exp for an event ti isn't something you should be doing, especially if you're asking people to buy a kp item to even access to the quests. What you're doing is discouraging players that want to do it, with nerfed exp and not updated spawns on the maps in question. You're just asking for the "I payed money to access this crap and it isn't even worth doing. Maybe I should quit this stupid game" scenario.  

Just put it in the way it was intended from past events. I really thank you for these kind of events, but I despise you guys for how you change them to the point that they're not worth doing. I'm not sure if I want to stick around anymore to see what you do with Satan Morroc in a couple weeks. I hope you prove me wrong, as it's not just me who is sick of this crap.

The 100 Blue Acidus turn in gives me around 9-10% and the 200 Gold Acidus gives me around 8%.

I am level 98 non-trans. BMx3 , VIP, +7 Dragon Hat.

I don't know if something is wrong or what.  Please correct my figures if I am mistaken.

if my memory serves correct when it was put in the 200 spawn in would give around 20% exp for lvl 98 non trans with +7 dragon hat +vip + bm i dont recall if we had gotten  3x manuals back then

What happened to the NPC for the Boss dungeon in byalan island, i saw it 3 days ago...

Unfortunately the only way that can be done is by a full maintenance.

Please make them insta spawn as well. It would be nice for more mobs but if they all have a crazy respawn timer then its still not on par with the past event.

oh well, another week of torment.

Could you please look into the exp reward from the gold 200kills and blue 100kills,

or maybe have an emergency maintenance for 30minutes. Increasing spawn of a single map wont take much time?

purchased my vip weeks ago to 99 my chars  in byalan boss dungeon, no warning of removing, moments like this im glad i left the game.
