How to Earn Zeny using the Investment Machine (Guide)

hmc need em cheap EDP =P been too lazy to vend them so i vend em 13k ea so they go away quick

Question regarding investment machine..

Can i use it even it's not woe time?
Do i need to be in a guild to access it?

1.The only time to use it is after WoE 1 ends until before WoE 2 starts.You will see a notice if it's open to use.
