If you are experiencing issues with logging in and you are 100% sure you have the credentials, please submit a ticket.

Korean Translation: When I login I receive an error that I don't have a registered account.
Japanese Translation: Little help.
I don't know how to speak either language but I know how to use Bing Translator. If I answer it in another language, I am pretty sure it will not be understandable.
My assumption is he does not know you need a WarpPortal account and a Requiem Account. Or it could be he was a Korean player coming back, and his account was not transferred so its not coming up.
