And Feuer, you're poorly geared, which leads me to believe that you kill other poorly geared players. If you don't mind, I'd rather take an opinion from a Class Rep that is actually testing his character properly. 

Testing at all gear ranges is essential to get the feeling for new + old points of view. If you exclude the new players feelings, then we'll hit a point where no new players stay, and we'll slowly start deflating in population. I have tested geared, early level cap, and am now working on "standard" gears, like reinf, legendary, endowed etc, things new players have access to. 

What was good in your definition may not be necessarily good to everyone as a whole . While the game might be doing acceptably well while being static at one place, over time people get bored and leave which is the biggest reason why the community have been complaining about the lack of new contents and been pushing for more releases including the remaining planets.  Your Poll and your suggestion is in another word "Petitioning" for a change WHICH is NOT ALLOWED according to the Forums Policy. Since you haven't done your part of reading, I suggest you go try looking at it at the Rules of Conduct section of the forum. 

The Developers have said and as well as other forumers here also did , that some of the updates were necessary in order for the game to have room for further growth . All these balancing and bug fixing are to pave way for future additional contents so which of all these didn't you understand ? Why does every move only meant they want more money from you ? Since when have you become an economical genius around here ?  

The community wants this and that but above all else, we all want new planets, possible new classes, new mobs, new things do with our friends. Not just "SUPER POWER" which allows some fool to hide in TG and brag about how good they think their bloody bow scout is right now. A good gamer is one who adapt to changes and try to make the best out of it and if a GOOD gamer can't find a good away around that class, then its time for a good feedback and research. NOT going around pointing your fingers at everything that didn't took your liking , did puberty hit you that hard really ? If you needed buffsets to feel good about yourself then you are just one of those players who rely on gears to play and not skills. Maybe you should reflect upon your own game play before commenting further. 

I for one don't like everything they did but I do my part by telling why and describe them in details and sometimes if my creativity allows me, I give them some suggestion on how there is an alternate way of doing things. Not coming into the forums every time just to make everyone hear my rant and start relating everything to money. When I spoke about scout's scoring low in CD and how the scoring system might need some adjustment so that the effort made in CD could be fairly reflected on the scoreboard , I did my part here best I could. Not just coming in and say "MY SCOUT COULD FIGHT ANYONE BACK IN BUFFSETS DAY! OMG" . 

They NEED money to run this freaking game and you ignorant brats best keep this drilled into your shallow mind. Whatever WP did now amounted to more space of growth and future opportunities than those of money. In case you guys are that bad in economics, let me tell you something,  they earn freaking more from the Lucky Spin than you thought they do on Skill Books. Those "Old glorious" days of Buffsets were the days when alot FEWER new costumes were released and WHY ? You all seriously forgotten how we spent on ReRolls those days ? And you wondered why you can be strong then and can't be so now  ? 

If you love this game then dont deny it its right to grow and dont just keep it stalled just for your own greedy needs. Look further than the tip of your nose and maybe you'll see something more rational and things will start making more sense.

I understand what you are saying, but you can add new things without ruining the pvp. For example a new planet can come without having to add OVERPOWERED classes, which leads to annoying egos (names wont be given) and trash talking which also results in bans.

The thing about the poll is that it can't be unfair, the community can always vote for what THEY want and sincing the community is the ones who have to play the game, hey! why not? Rose has changed alot for good and for worse I enjoy some of the new costumes etc they bring out but the pvp is a mess. I just went into TG with my knight and won me vs 5 abons, How is that balanced? The old patch my bow scout was just as strong as my raider and all my other classes. All my classes could beat eachother because it was balanced. That's the point i'm trying to make why need to make a new skill update when the old one is already balanced fairly? People who said "Oh this isn't fair it's not balanced" when there were buffsets were just incapable of making a good build and finding the correct buffsets to use with their characters we could of just put guides for that.

The thing I hate about saying what I think is right is most of the time if the GM or whatever doesn't like it my comment will be removed (for example naughty earlier) I have asked time and time again can you make the IM passives available for trading in game again? Time and time again they just say no no no no no, So why are they still on the item mall at the moment then?

First of all I am sorry that you ran after my bullets and took them head-on . Fizzy there handled it better than you, at least he really took the time with his reply and been calm and sensible about it. 

No one said anything about this update now being the final stop or anyone saying that this update made everything balanced. I am sure I was pointing directly towards not to compare it with the old buffsets day and how not all decisions made were motivated by financial revenues. I also said that the Bow Scout is under privileged in many ways even before this argument began but I don't blame you. You said it yourself, you were never much of a forum guy so you probably never saw that post. Also its kinda amusing when you mentioned how you should have run for the Scout Representative. 

Also, please dont bring In-Game moments into the forum. Especially with comment like above mentioned, you made yourself sound like a complete fool. No one said anything about forbidding any class to pair with a cleric class for more effective combat stance, so please keep your own irrational and unwritten rules of combat elsewhere. Go get a cleric to help you if you are not happy or don't fight at all coz its not my problem you dont have an army or a cleric to help you in your wrong cause. By the way if you are one of those I whacked before In-Game, then you are most probably a Lowbie PKer in ruins. Ironic eh ? Pkers can hit on lowbies and its a "Manly" thing to do    how cute. 


So, If you came in here and didnt hold your gun against Feuer then you should be ready to get jumped at as well. Not that myself or many here agree with Feuer most of the time and readily to defend him, but bear in mind , no one is Immune here against direct hits.

Well Valakas from past discussions with you talking about said topic is pretty useless, you never really have much insight on what other people think and your knowledge on pvp in game is rather vast as you are never one to play fairly in pvp. The topic we should be discussing is future in making rose online better tho 30v10ing in wars isn't really helping and only knowing how to do so isn't really a way of learning how to use classes. I suggest you try some 1v1's get some practice then speak so you know what you're talking about

I have still yet to see the details confirming anyone's posts. Just saying. Posting numbers + proof kinda helps support a position. 

I feel fine with this patch even though I'm a launcher bourgeois. Everything needs a change, and the one who adapts is the winner.

Just because you and I don't always play around the same time , doesn't mean its fair for us both to say we've never seen each other play the class enough to make a comment about it. The Gameplay right now is more onto collective teamwork rather than a 1 v 1 ( though 1 v 1 results are still applicable as some form of good data when a certain class fights against a particular one ) . I've had my very fair share of using the bow scout and cleric in CD and wars ( I havent touch my mage since a long time  ) . Also judging from your presence here in the forums compared to mine, I don't think it is very accurate of you to say that i have nothing up my sleeve at all when it comes to  this topic.  

When you said I was unfair in pvp, I beg to differ, those are wars and I do fight them using every advantage and make sure I utilize everything at my disposal to win one. To fight a war is to win, not to prove to anyone who is better than who. In a normal 1v1 pvp though, I do them sufficiently to know whats going on, but I don't go announcing today I did a PVP!

Nope. 1 v 1 = All the knowledge of the PvP? Please. You can't build a fair pvp game based on 1 v 1.

Because every classes have counters of another class. You build classes based on fair team, fair pvp, "normal" team in PvM.

Then, you guys complain about ROSE in his globality. We rarely see you the previous updates (probably because your class was up or at least, not nerfed?), giving feedbacks, making suggestions.

Then, if you read the forum, you will see countless of posts from Leonis/Genesis who explain what are the orientations of ROSE they intend to do.

Times to times, people won't be happy from these updates. Sometimes they will be happy. Nevertheless, without any update at all, the game will die. They want to make a new future to ROSE online. For this they have to rebuild some of the aspects we know and played with before adding new contents. Yeah that's sad, i spend billion in charm set? Then what? Each time a new stuff in WoW come out, you will camp it. What are the differences? Paying $ to get it? Nope, if you don't want to pay, you can get it.

So yes, you can be mad about updates, but you guys do not know what the game will be in the future. Maybe it will kick-asses and what you liked about ROSE now or before will be crushed by this, or maybe they will fail and ROSE will be down. Noone know. But the people which have all the cards to make the future of ROSE more brighter are the DEV. 

Btw, I played ROSE 4-5 years ago. I prefer the ROSE i'm playing right now than the old one.

CD. I did one AA when I saw Jin's thread. And time to time i check the PvP, but it is not interesting.

Btw, when i said PvP in my previous post, I was referring to CD. So my knowledge come to CD to answer to my question. Because if a mage kick my knight's ass in 1 v 1, doesn't mean that mage is OP or Knight is a random , these both class actually do pretty well in CD.

To see if classes are balanced, you have a do some teamfights with fair teams from both sides.

I didn't think I should mention it because for me playing a MMO = Teamplay.

Edit : The reason why you came, well i guess your class has been nerfed, and you do not like the update. Well, maybe if you were on Pegasus and give feedback, you could have changed this. (Edit : Oh yeah, that was that, about cleric's buff nerfed - I have to say, that when people start being disrecpectfull and getting deleted by moderators, I do not concentrate a lot on their posts).

Or maybe, if you read threads, you would see that buffs we had before were a lot of stronger than what GM planned to do. 

But I understand, that's easier to complain than understand why they take this path.

You won't change anything at all with your posting methods. 

Try starting your posts in the following format:

What your opinion is

What is causing you to have that opinion

What evidence supports that being the cause / source of your problem

What would you propose to do for a fix

How would that affect the end result

What else could it affect.

Using a method like that, to give as much detail, and solid evidence to support your claim, will significantly help with your cause.

Ranting and blowing up a patch note thread is not going to get you anywhere except laughed at, into an argument, both, or even worse.

P.S the accuracy is so low, Raiders can't kill other Raiders. So, basic stats of a Raider at this point. 

 

AP: low      mid

ACCU: low   mid

CRIT: mid    high

DODGE: mid   very high

A-SPEED: low  high

M-SPEED: low mid

DEF: low  

HP: low

 

Does anyone see a pattern here. 

 

whats written in red are what raiders are right now

 Compare this to bow scouts and see how good raiders got it.

Just chilling and look at picture that new patch effect:

8 Clerics and 2 mage. I got nothing to heal.

The result of the patch can be seen by the number of each class being played in CD
