Sure, we needed to test WoE out before we could see how unbalanced it was. I don't fault them for having those first few WoEs. What I don't understand is why the limited 100 econ WoEs have been allowed to continue for 2 weeks. After the first one didn't work out so well, why weren't normal WoEs brought back? Why was WoE open this Saturday when everyone knew what the result would be? The overpowered guilds are being allowed to become even more so with every day that they're allowed to get loot from those forts. How many OCAs are they getting from those forts? I think our estimate was 60-70 OCAs per fort per week. On top of that add 2-3 god item pieces per fort per week. Juno 2 bugged out on the first day (it had no emp during WoE after the initial break) and they were still allowed to collect loot from it for goodness sake.
Don't participate? lol o Heim you are a gem.

And I seriously can't believe a representative of gravity would say "Don't participate if you don't want". As much as I wish it wasn't the case WoE is the center of RO. There are a lot of people who play only or mainly to support their endeavors in WoE. If this doesn't get fixed soon the consequences will be dire.

Im getting the feeling they want to shut down Ragnarok to make room for other things they are working on, but don't want it too be obvious about it.That nice way to say we dont care to the community that pays your checks, seeing this events are just gona skew the woe population more, The shouldn't be god items drop for the time being there should not of been a server wide 100-100 castle reset,, there shouldn't be god items handed out for holding castles seeing it all one alliance NO one ELSE WANTS TO WOE. and the fact that you know it all one allience and no one else woeing and you still doing this is more proof that you's dont care.
The funny part is they think people will just go into the other games they are working on, Tisk tisk, it wont happen boys, ever.

Unfortunately if we cancelled WoE for 1-3 months we would be having the balances 1-3 months later or more because we would not have any idea what the WoE problems were until it "hits".
We cancel woe entirely I fear we would lose more players than by doing event WoEs, so that is why we are going the direction we are. Don't participate if you don't want.
Reading this makes me wanna quit WOE and even the game...
If I didn't spent lots of cash for Kafra Items, invested on zeny-expensive gears and still some friends braggin to me not to quit... I'll be leaving Ragnarok in anytime sooner...
It's just that the game is not fun anymore...
Everything is just so unfair and just pissing so yeah sad and I know it's hard for me to leave the game but I guess focusing RL would be more fun than posting here and trying to seek any interesting things in-game, thanks Gravity but I won't be spending money and time anymore 'til everything is fun again...
And to all people/friends I met in my 7-years RO gaming career thanks to all and talking with ya guys in FB/YM/MSN/VENT>more fun than plain RO now...
Sorry for the long drama but I guess this is my time for me to really quit...

WoE was never tested. You can't test a WoE with less than 100 people on at any given time.well thats what u get for a 2 week "TEST" server.

We all know is stupid to grind 24/7 on a game expending RL money to buy more and more HE Battle Manuals and so, but there is always people willing to do it. Just stop being dumb and stop crying about this.
WoE is unbalance right now, and what is killing the game are the new skills and mechanics. Nerfing old classes and skills while making new retarded super op skills has been one of the worse gravity moves. Being level 99/70 means nothing nowadays, renewal has turn to be as bad as than a every new patch on WoW where all your previous equips become garbage and that kind of patches on an old/dying game like RO with no advertisement is just rushing the end.
I think that the GMs move of trying to make the old classes worth playing again (at least for a short time) is good. Cancel woe is not a solution for the server, is just you who want more time to catch up the the other to dont get stomped, and if that is the case the GMs should just cancel the WoEs until everybody in the server gets to 145+ at least, dont you think?.
Do you finally realize how retarded is that?
Also, i dont know what is so hard to realize about WoE mechanics, the GMs just need to watch some prerenewal WoE videos and see what people used to enjoy about it. And compared it with the renewal videos and battles on WoE. Is this so hard? I think it would fix a lot of things at least, but in case the GMs didnt get it, just make it so any skill can oneshot more than 1 person at a time.

Um... The overwhelming majority of players only play RO for WoE, canceling it or asking people not to participate is just stupid.
