Damage increases to 200% when attacking a monster that is 20 base levels or higher than your own.
(not sure if this should work in/apply to PvP or WoE, might be overpowered)
Description:
It's usually not a good idea to confront enemies this much more powerful than you, but with a bit of courage you might just surprise yourself.
