Classic: You get exp,  woe supply box, and ygg seed.  You do not get the free hat box.

The quest gives you about 1.5 levels exp at 91 with vip.  Non vip gives you about 50% exp.  You can probably use a bm.

**WARNING**
 
Opening the box you can potentially get a drooping aliot.
 
Equiping the drooping aliot can cause your character to bug and dc and be non playable until fixed.  Do not equip the drooping aliot if you get one.
 
The box itself is not tradable.  The hat is tradable.

I was able to trade for a mechanic hat.

First quest is from Mr. Brando 250 firecrackers from Hugel.

Turned them in and he asks for 50 more.  Get 300.
 
Rewards seem to be ygg seed for each one.
 
One quest asks you to hunt 30 Megalodons.  Another quest npc fido asks for skele-bones.  Be sure to loot those skele-bones from megalodons.
 
The megalodons are found on the map when you take the East exit portal in Comodo.
 
The npc fido can take 10 for me up to 23+ skele-bones for the quest to complete.
 
Gramps Teeth are in Casino which is in the south part of comodo.  Then go to the second floor.  Take a right and keep going until you see a guy with white hair Roberto.  Look under the table.
 
Grandma wants 5 grapes and 20 bread.  There is an npc in prontera near the fountain that sells
bread.
 
TIP: Grandma does not take the 5 grapes and 20 bread.  You could probably spam the npc for free ygg seeds on alt characters.  Hope moderator sees this.

 
The race is a circle run around the mountain in the center of Comodo.  Talk to Kipp to start the race.  Then go right and keep going clock wise around the mountain.  Keep going around.  You will find the 1st and 2nd markers on the right side of the mountain.  Then keep going south till you get to the kafra.  Then go left and up to get to the 3rd marker.  Then keep heading back up to get back to kipp.
 
10 logs from Stone shooters.  Head in the north exit of comodo.  Then head to the top right exit to get to the field.  The shooters are here.
 
10 candy from marin in lutie.  You can get to lutie from alde barran.  You find the guy to warp you in alde barran at the top right corner of alde barran.
 
The poetic edgga book is in Juno.  To get to Juno you can talk to the lady in a dress that is just a little bit north of where you spawn in prontera on the street near the corner.  She will warp you to juno for 1800.  Head to the juno library all the way to the right.  Once inside head to the next exit.  In the next room immediately head to the left portal.  Inside, head north to the right bookcase near the portals.  Poetic Edgga is on the top of the bookself.

Yes, if you do every one of the little quests and speak to the wife. She gives you exp and a random hat box with the class specific headgears in it.
 

Does anyone know if the hats are tradable?  I would like the mechanic hat as I'm currently playing a mastersmith.  I don't want to use the box to try though

Edit: The box is not tradable, so I guess I have to use it to try.

Only one time per character.  I don't know about account.

The Ygg seeds are pretty good in themselves, though.

It's a box that gives random headgear out of the list.

I'm actually very surprised that they release all the inubashiri headgears in once. 

Are these headgears vendable? I wonder what the market price is gonna be. I remember last year when warlock/wanderer/AB/sorc's headgears are in kafra shop, it like 99m a clean one.
