[Closed] A Raider skill isnt working

I am not sure about it but tried it for almost an hour the skill name is Shattering Blows(Passive) and its for dual wield, does anyone know something about it, because it doesnt lower the target defense at all, or the debuff doesnt appear for me?

What are you hitting? Monsters won't get lowered, and the player you hit will be the one to see the status effect.

u mean that the effect does summon a blue ring which mean reduced defense on monsters right ? it appears like a  buff on the top right corner?

Weaken would make a blue circle around monsters, but Shattering Blows should just do the top right status/buff icon.
