It does. They both do completely different things.

Also 2 Fenrir cards do stack and give 0% fixed cast time regardless. For now at least, kRO changed that about a week after we got GMT.

Hmm ... thought I read somewhere only 2x fenrirs will get that 100%, you mean just 1 fenrir and 1 kiel will do it?

I'd try to find the post somewhere if I can. Someone can confirm this?

Fenrir card : - 70% fixed casting time

Kiel card: - 30% skill delay.

2 diff things.

Fenris reduces fixed cast time by 70%

Kiel reduces after cast delay by 30%.

Both are completely different things.
